How to Download PPT from Google Slides

posted on March 19, 2019

The Google Drive suite of applications has become a popular alternative to Microsoft Office. It’s free to Google users, is a fully-capable collection of programs, and it’s easy to access all of your files from any computer with an Internet connection.

But not everyone uses Google applications, so you may find yourself in a situation where you need to share a Google Slides presentation with someone that doesn’t use Google Slides. Fortunately, if that person has Powerpoint, you can download a .ppt version of the file that they can open and edit in Powerpoint.
