How to Download Google Slides File as a Powerpoint File (Guide with Pictures)
The steps in this article were performed in the desktop version of the Google Chrome Web browser, but will also work in other desktop browsers like Firefox or Safari.
Step 1: Sign into your Google Drive at https://drive.google.com and open the Slides file that you wish to download as a .ppt file.
Step 2: Select the File tab at the top-left of the window.
Step 3: Choose the Download As option, then select the Microsoft Powerpoint option.
Step 4: Enter the desired name for the file into the File Name field, choose the location for the downloaded file, then click the Save button.
